Spanish/English Bilingual Education, Minor

The Department of Spanish and Portuguese offers a minor in Spanish/English Bilingual Education. The main goal of the Spanish/English Bilingual Education minor is to create a pathway to better prepare students who wish to become future bilingual teachers. The minor is also for students who wish to work in other areas of education  (e.g., STEM, counselors, speech pathologists) and would like to understand the experience of bilingual students. The minor can be completed by any UCI student regardless of major.

All students are subject to the Language other than English Placement and Progression policies.
